Build the body of a god !

There are many reasons why skinny guys and girls fail in their programs for gaining mass:

1. Bad Diet Big mistake is eating too many simple carbohydrates, and not enough Protein.

2. No Discipline or consistency You may not see results as quickly as you may want, but you must stay focused however long and beyond the program you are doing. Stick to your plan and keep being discipline and consistent.

3. Not enough stress on your muscles when working out This does not mean to go crazy and kill your self. You just need to put stress on your muscles that's not normal to your body to gain mass.

You have to be ready and willing to do what ever it takes to get the results you want to see. It is going to take hard work and discipline. If you want your body to respond you have to stay consistent. It becomes like a obsession to some people, but that is what it takes to get it done. Here is a bit of some basic principles you will need to put on some size.

· Use Heavy Weights but with low repetitions, make sure you rest 2 to 3 minutes between sets. · Increase your water intake - Multiply your body weight by.66 to see how many ounces of H20 you need a day. · Use supplements - I know it can get expensive but just stick with the basics. (Whey protein mix, vitamins, etc.) · Exercise using free weights that hit all your large muscle groups. You really don't need to do anything fancy, basic simple exercises are the best for getting big. Bar dips, pull ups, barbell rows, bench presses, dead lifts, and squats are all compound free weight exercises that is best to do on your quest to gain mass. · Make sure to do 2 to 3 exercises each body part. · Train more intense but less frequent - Example:

Day 1 - Triceps, shoulders, and chest Day 2 - Rest day Day 3 - Biceps & Back Day 4 - Rest day Day 5 - Abs & Legs Day 6 - Rest Day 7 - Rest

· Keep your workouts short, intense, and sweet - less than 1 hour is recommended!
