1. Working late and/or getting together with the guys, without you. Working late in and of itself alone is not a sign, but if it just started and it continues and it's combined with some of these other signs, then your lover could be cheating.
2. You aren't making love as often as before or you are making love more often than before. He may become impotent, whereas, he never had that problem before. The key here is change. Be aware of changes.
3. Intuition or that "gut feeling" that tells you that something is going on. This is usually a very accurate determinate. It could hit suddenly in response to something he says or does. You could wake up one morning and just know in your gut that he's cheating on you with another woman.
4. There's secrecy when your lover is using the computer. He may be a little nervous when you are nearby and he's online. He may turn the computer off abruptly when you approach. Your lover may have personal email accounts that you have no access to. He spends an excessive amount of time online.
5. There's a change in your lover's grooming. Maybe a new cologne, new underwear, a sudden interest in working out. He becomes more particular with his choice of clothes.
6. Your lover starts petty, silly fights. Fights that have no rhyme or reason. If they storm out afterwards then beware.
7. You are not spending as much time together. He always seems to be busier than usual.
8. Unusually long shopping trips. Going to get soda? Returns 3 hours later...
9. Speaks in a low voice on the phone or hangs up suddenly. Why is that?
10. Sends a lot of text messages, unless that has always been the case. Again, change is the key.
11. His cell phone is usually on vibrate or the ringer is turned off. When he answers in your presence, he walks away for privacy.
12. Cell phone usage and computer usage are major. If there's a huge requirement for privacy in these two areas, then you probably have a cheater. Your lover would share these with you openly if there was nothing to hide. You could answer his phone, use his passwords, and check his email and he wouldn't have a "fit".
13. When you call him, your calls are not returned promptly. Sometimes even hours later. Ummm... I wonder why.
14. Credit Card statements may show unusual purchases or gifts that you are unfamiliar with. Dinner at an expensive restaurant, jewelry, clothing, hotel rooms, gift baskets, and the list goes on. All items you did not receive.
15. He visits your house and rarely, if ever, invites you to his. Of course he just wanted to make it more convenient for you right? Yeah right. Don't let him get away with that one.
16. Lipstick on the collar or smudges. He may not have noticed that a lipstick stain was left!
17. Staying out late or all night. Most liaisons happen late at night and sometimes he just may sleep a little too long. Forgot to set the alarm perhaps?
18. Phone hang-ups late at night if you have a landline. Do friends and relatives usually call late at night, if not, something could be amiss.
19. When you make normal inquiries about your lover's whereabouts, he becomes abnormally defensive.
20. Your lover is no longer comfortable talking about the future of your relationship. He shies away from the subject whenever he can. If you think he may be cheating and you feel you need to know for sure, decide on how you will go about finding out. Whatever method you choose, be determined not to be discovered in case you are wrong! The relationship is over if you decide to spy on him and he finds out.
