ANAHEIM, Calif. - For fans of former UFC light heavyweight champion Tito Ortiz, this process has become all too familiar.For the past four years, Ortiz has promised a return to vintage form, yet for five consecutive outings, "The Huntington Beach Bad Boy" has been forced to admit his shortcomings.
