How to Make Progress When You Can't Go to the Gym (Lower Body Day)

Everyone has those days when they can't get to the gym since of weather, employment, age, etc., and If you can't stand to capture those days off of lifting then I have ways to keep your lifting going that won't constitute you have to leave your house, office, or wherever you're confined.
