Ferrid Kheder refuses to weigh in; Josh Shockley enters Bellator's lightweight tournament

The hits just keep coming for Ferrid Kheder.

Three months after Kheder was involved in a controversial decision win over Hermes Franca in a fight that was later overturned by the promoter to a no-contest result, the Tunisian judoka failed to make weight for a Bellator 36 lightweight-tournament bout with Toby Imada.

MMAjunkie.com has learned that Josh Shockley, who was scheduled to fight on the evening's preliminary card, has been tapped as a replacement for Kheder.
